I decided I was going to take my ISSA personal training certification course becuase I wanted to gain the knowledge for myself and in turn be able to pass it on to others that want to better themselves and live a happy and healthy life! I had no idea what changes it would prompt me to make personally! I have never felt so strong, healthy and most of all so proud of myself.

I can't not wait to pass this knowledge and passion I have to so many other people and watch them grow and gain that confident feeling and self love that I have! There is no better feeling in the world, and I want people to know, they best is yet to come!
